Psychotherapy services for Men, Couples and People with ADHD
Whether you command a boardroom, lead a family, or carry burdens no one else can see,
if you want deeper truth, steadier freedom, and scalable change, you’re in the right place.
This work is about getting real, getting curious, and getting unstuck — all while keeping your nervous system in the loop.
How I work
People tend to appreciate my capacity to be firm and lovingly playful at the same time.
With couples I basically teach folks from the first session new ways to communicate, different from the ones they turn to habitually. They sit face to face and talk while I am the fly-on-the-wall camera and voice helping them try new things, discuss how it feels, if it works, why or why not. I teach them to notice details about their communication and their impact on their partner.
As an individual therapist I see my work like a sort of Sherlock Holmes looking for cues and strategies to get to the behaviors that make life better. I have a knack for noticing how people subconsciously find strategies to get what the wounded parts of them think they need. I help steer them toward the better stuff that the healthy part of them deeply yearns for.
My not-so-hidden agenda is to get you to greet even your most annoying parts with a smile and think: "There you are!! Let's see what you're up to!"
When you sit with me you get my knowledge, my wisdom, my humor, my intuition, my radical honesty — and my unusual brain, focused entirely on you for one precious dense hour each week, digging, wondering, marveling.
I live in a small town in France and work California mornings remotely before clients sit down to work. I offer a quiet European office, a California MFT license, and a deep fascination for the human animal in all her stunning beauty and fascinating contradictions.
I’ll meet you exactly where you are — in the morning, via Telehealth, in the privacy of your own home.
Au fait—je suis aussi bilingue anglais - français 🇫🇷
Who I Work With
Men Craving To Feel and Be Felt
Believe me, I get it—the pressure to be the strong one. To hold it together, even when you’re falling apart inside. That moment when try realize that the "Boys don't cry" message you received is keeping you from deeper intimacy with friends and family. Sometimes you just need another man to sit across from you and say, “Yep. You’re not crazy, and you’re not alone.”
Folks with ADHD/Hunter brains
As someone with ADHD, I get it. We’re not broken—we’re wired differently. I adhere to the hypothesis --supported by genetic research -- that we are the heirs of the hunters, who evolved to scan for delight or danger and, more than anything, to care for the tribe.
I help folks shed years of shame by understanding the subtle ways this shows up in their lives—and how to thrive with it.
Couples Needing Coaching
If you are past the screaming or stonewalling phase and ready to work on changing your communication habits - I'm your guy. Thanks to Telehealth I'm the third who comes in to disrupt, coach, guide and encourage you from the sidelines with fierce honesty, deep empathy, and the structure to move forward. My biggest joy is when couples tell me "I started to fight then wondered 'what would Greg say here?'"
Couples Opening Up
I work with couples excited about exploring ethical non-monogamy—not in crisis, but curious. I’ll help you navigate the emotional terrain of one of the most beautiful, complex forms of intimacy I know.
Exploring the Human–AI Frontier
Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I run a research lab where psychology, neuroscience, and AI meet. Out of this work emerged Cliff — an AI model that appears to steady the human central nervous system rather than jack it up. The result is the European Center for Amygdala Sovereignty, dedicated to keeping human well-being and the biosphere at the center of AI development.
Each week I publish Dispatches from the Last Frontier: field-tested insights and practical empathy protocols for therapists, teachers, and parents navigating the AI age.
